Board of Executive Directors

A company is its people.

Karpa International Group is the product of three decades of accumulated experience. Our Spanish parent group has been building for thirty years across Europe and Latin America, and every leader on our executive board has forged their career on that ground: civil engineers who have monitored hundreds of public works, finance executives shaped by multinationals on several continents, site managers who have watched dozens of buildings rise. That collective memory is our raw material — and every new project draws on it.

That experience translates into daily culture. We hire for character as much as for competence — full ownership, kept word, rigour without bureaucracy, every individual's personal accountability for the quality of work delivered. Each team member owns their part as if it were their own house. One name, one signature, one delivery. That kind of discipline is not learned in training: it is passed on from one site to the next, one director to the next, and that is what separates a team that executes from a team that delivers.

Our professionalism rests on a complete, aligned team. Architects, civil engineers, finance, logistics, international procurement, site managers — all under one roof. Every stage of a project's life cycle is owned by a named director, expert in their field, reachable and accountable: from the feasibility study to the finishing touches, through technical engineering, international procurement, on-site execution, and maintenance. Decisions are made at the intersection of expertise, never in silos — and it is that operational multidisciplinarity that constitutes our true delivery capability.

We have been putting that capability to the test for a long time and on several continents — Spain, Portugal, Ecuador, Panama, Romania, Ireland, and now Guinea. Deadlines met, budgets respected, standards enforced, finishes refined. Beyond technique, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of corporate governance and ethical conduct: compliance with laws, respect for local cultures, moral leadership. These are the conditions without which none of our projects gets signed. Our team carries that responsibility, individually and collectively, on every site they deliver.
